~A Deposit Is Required To Book All Appointments. (NONREFUNDABLE) 

 

~ Deposit Do Go Towards Service

 

~ All Remaining Balances Needs To Be Paid BEFORE Service Begin

 

~ I Accept All Remaining Payments via Zelle (8155169602), Cashapp ($Dunique1993) or Cash

 

LATE POLICY

~ You Have A 9 Minute Grace Period After 10 Minutes Theres A $15 Late Fee Applied To Your Remaining Balance I Will Only Service You For Your Remaining Time Slot. 

 

~ After 15 Minutes Your Appt Will Be Cancelled, You Will Need To Book A New Appointment.

 

SAME DAY CANCELLATION/ NO CALL NO SHOW

~ Same Day Cancellation Needs To Be Done 4Hrs In Advance. If Not You Will Need To Book A New Appointment

~ No Call No Shows Will Be Charged Full Price For The Service Booked In Order To Be Serviced In The Future

SET RULES

~ Fill ins Are to Be Booked Every 2-3 Weeks After The Initial Set Anything Booked After 3 Weeks Must Book A New Set. *your appt will have to be rescheduled if your set is not 50% full

~ I give 1 time to cancel a pre-booked appt with an unexcused reason, after the 1st cancelation

I will require you to book your future appts

~ I Give All Clients 1 Time To Reschedule Their Appt, The Following Occurrence You Will Need To Repay A Deposit

 ~ No Extra Guest Unless We Have Discussed It

~ I Do Not Work Over Other Artist (Book Lash Removal + Preferred Full Set)

 

~ You Have 48 Hours To Inform Me Of ANY Issues With Your Extensions For Them To Be Fixed For FREE After 48hrs You Must Book a Maintenance Fill.

~ A Maintenance Fill Can Only Be Booked The Week Between Your Initial Appt and Your 2 Wk Fill

 

~If A Refund Is Issued A % Will Be Deducted From Refund

 

~ In Order To Recieve Your Perk, Your Perk Card Needs To Be Present At Your Appointment
